Zach Bryan New braunfels reviews
Great show but VIP logistics sucked
Approximately 2 months before the show, I purchased the Hollywood Undead VIP Package. I was informed that I would receive an email from the VIP team shortly before the show, but I never received one. Upon our arrival at the venue, we were given conflicting information about the early access time granted by the VIP package. We were told to wait in the lobby as the VIP personnel were not yet present. Despite waiting until almost 5 pm, no one had arrived to assist us. We noticed other people going upstairs and assumed they were regular ticket holders lining up for the doors opening at 6:00. Eventually, we decided to check upstairs and found out that we were in the wrong place. We had to join a long line of other VIPs, which could have been avoided if we were directed correctly from the start. After finally receiving our free merchandise, we were informed that Zach Bryan VIPs would enter before us, a detail that was not mentioned earlier. The VIP benefits, such as access to the merchandise table, were provided as per the package, but concessions were not available. We had to wait in another line to enter the actual arena, with the Zach Bryan VIPs given priority once again. Despite the frustrating VIP experience, the show itself was fantastic.
